Mid-Week Reads: 'Tis the Season to be Snarky

Gender Stuff

Men modeling women's underwear? Bring it on! Best line: “I guess professionally I’ve left my gender open to artistic interpretation.”

Everything Else
Apparently, you don't catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Now that's more reason to be snarky! (Not that I've ever needed one.)

I loved this post about comment moderation. I have to say, in the couple of years after I first started blogging (wow, I've been in this long!), a bad comment would ruin my day. I wouldn't delete it: you don't delete a comment because you don't agree with it! Or so I thought. Now if a comment creeps me out or rubs me up the wrong way, I don't hesitate to delete it. Go write expletives about me someplace else: I have no obligation to display your comment on my blog and try to politely answer it when you don't respect my space. I might put it up here for all of us to make fun of, though.
