The Wall Street Journal is covering women in the economy and has some great stories.

Where are all the senior-level women? 

Google's Marissa Mayer, among others, talk about what it's like to be a woman in a male-dominated world.

At each stage of advance in corporate America, men have at least twice the odds of advancing as women. How did Indra Nooyi do it?

Geena Davis speaks on gender inequality on TV and in movies. This isn't exactly a revelation, but sample this:

"They found that the more hours of television a girl watches, the fewer options she believes she has in life. And the more hours a boy watches, the more sexist his views become."

And here's how you fix the situation. Given the focus of the discussions, though, the use of "sex up" in #2 seems incongruous.
