Remembering the Beach

Maybe some day I can stand before the sea again
While the water reaches out and tickles my feet
And my toes bury gently into the sand
And the waves whisper loudly to the land.

And I feel the peace of one so vast, so strong
And pretend nothing can touch me either
Forget the life I have escaped from
And live another, for a few days.

This reminds me so much of something I had written long time ago on a different blog. If you haven't read it, here it is: http://korakaagaz.blogspot.com/2004/10/oceanic-thoughts.html.

Hope you are doing good.

Thanks for the link. I read a few posts on that blog, and as always when reading you, could relate to it well.

I'm doing well. How are you?

I am not sure if this qualifies as a feminist issue, but I just wrote something about parents hesitating to take help from married daughters.
