Eww! If she's ever a co-passenger on a flight, I'll break the window (the consequent chaos notwithstanding) and push her out.
And, I would have never come across it you hadn't pointed out. So, yeah, sensible folks (yeah, I like to think I am one) either don't seek such stuff to read or ignore such BS.
Indeed. I will applaud if you do so. And I would like to think so too. I just wonder sometimes, how many of us "sensible" ones there are around.
Quite few. Not enough. Or the media would cater to us and deliver sensible news. Not breaking news. Not "khabar har keemat par."
I'm afraid I think you're right. That is why I haunt the blogosphere, because I find like-minded people and feel reassured that at least a few exist.
Aarghhh!!! I just don't believe it. In fact, her audacity is shocking! I would rather not meet people who size me up right from the clothes I wear and the baggage I carry to the beverage I drink!
Isn't it? She doesn't seem to have considered that by writing this, she has opened herself up to being judged - on her narrow views.
I myself can't believe she gets paid to write this trivial stuff
whoever wrote those lines obviously thinks that the airport is the coolest destination to be seen in and the local fashion hangout. and this woman obviosly never took a 17 hour flight. i think the best treatment for her would be to put her in those very same clothes and then onto a plane with mixed up air conditioning that freezes her ass through the summery tops she wanted to wear.
i-me-moi: very pertinent observation.
